Extend edit crawl mixes with the ability to make crawl presentations

A crawl presentation allows one to say the fix x results from a given set of crawls, the next x from these ones, and so on.
In particular, it would be useful to say the first crawl results comes from such and such index where the keyword media:text was added, the next four come fromthe same index but where media:image was added, and all the remaining results come from the index where media:text was added.
Using this one could make relevant wikipedia results show up as a second or third result.
