It often happens that the Yioop search results are poor (for example, see the attached screenshot). Manually fix this problem long and hard(with help Admin-interface).

Steps to reproduce: I think that this question must resolved that to make search results better.

This is not a bug. This just indicates that the link redirects to the other page and the other page has not been indexed yet. Normally, it would not appear toward the top of search listings, but vk was a rare term so there weren't many other results for this term.
