queue server no switch to "on"

hi i have windows 2008 r2 with iis 7 +php 5.4 and i try to switch to "on" and he stay in "off" this my first time which i m install it in my server

do you have some idia?

Please post such questions to the discussion board not the issue tracker. I'll answer it there. As a starting thing to look at though make sure you have installed pstools.
