Using this , emails to be sent can be aggregated over a period of time and media updater process will periodically check for the text files containing mailing information and send emails using PHP email functionality. This is written to work both in single as well as multiple machine setting.

Please have a look at this patch. It also contains some of the suggestions from video updater patch(like adding text file names as constants in media_constants interface).

I was not sure whether I should create separate issue for this media job patch so attaching it here itself. I have directly replaced my files in the fresh clone and have created patch. Please let me know in case , you wont be able to figure out changes. I will create another patch then. This patch wont work as the work is incomplete. The new patch is media_job.patch.
