Welcome message after sign in uses username instead of first name.

When the user signs in, the welcome message takes the username instead of the first name.
For example, if a username is harita29, the welcome message becomes: "Welcome harita29". Instead, the portal should take the first name and make it: "Welcome Harita".
Fixed by 1c05ac26. Thanks for reporting this UI suggestion.
