There is a welcome page after user sign in. On that page, there are redundant tabs like "Language and Search Settings"(Right after the Account Details), "Create/Manage crawl Mixes"(Bottom of the page), "Join/Manage All Groups"(Bottom of the page), "Manage Account"(Top Left side in Account Access tab).

Account Details on the welcome page should be moved to the "Manage Account" tab.

Those aren't redundant tabs they are links which provide an alternative way of finding those activities.
