Results Editor Error When Trying To Submit URL to Edit

The Results Editor gives a 500 Internal Error when using the Edit Results Page section in the Admin Dashboard. In addition, when trying to submit URLs under "Filter Websites from Results" it logs you out and sends you to the login form.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log into Yioop software.
2. Click Results Editor.
3. Type in a URL (you got from the search results), type a new title and type a description.
4. 500 Internal Error.
5. Refresh the page and it shows fine.
