Chinese word suggestion; single character unencoded bug; frequency order

Basically I did three things: Added a chinese frequqncy file, which will be attached here. Entering a single Chinese character in the search bar will not output the suggestion word because of a bug, which is fixed. Modified some suggest.js so the words are ordered by frequency instead of lexicon.
Additional information: The upload file section can only select one file so i will just email you the Chinese suggestion words file.
