Changes made to IndexShard, IndexArchiveBundle, and IndexShardTest, as well as ReverseIterator

Changes were made in IndexShard and IndexArchiveBundle to support a reverse flag. ReverseIterator has been added, which can go through offsets backwards. New tests in IndexShardTest to try out behavior.
This is now being tracked in issue 230
