This issue is to track the adding of new search source Description source and new media job DescriptionUpdateJob as part of extending Yioop's recommendation mechanism and recommend resources of wiki pages.

I have uploaded the patch for Description search source and also DescriptionUpdate media job. Along with that patch also contains changes in CreateDB.php file for creating a default Description search source and updated the Help page information for adding search source to include details regarding new Description source.
