What crawl mixes and filter a user sees should be specific to the user. Should allow users to share them. make public though.

Filters should be able to support other cool things. Like prevent stemming of titanic to titan

Two new activities should be added: Manage Groups Manage Friends

Groups are a collection of users. Groups can be given roles.

Every user has a special "Friends" group. This is the list of users that person is able to see. When a user creates a group they can only add users from the friends group.

User's can send an email to request somebody be a friend. The friendee can grant, and if wants, later revoke this request.

Timestamped resources such as crawls, crawl mixes are owned by default by the original person who created that resource. This user can create roles for the basic operations for each timestamp'd object they own. These roles can then be assigned to groups, etc.

root should be everyone's friend (also should make so privileges on root can't be removed and root has all privileges).
