Too much pinching and zooming is needed on a cell phone to use and administer yioop. We need to add styles and UI tweaks to make this cleaner. Also, things should look good on tablets.

A .mobile class was added to the style-sheet. A drop down rather than a side menu is used in the administrative panel is now used. Viewport setting are also used to improve the overall look and feel.
