Yioop! should use data from all tiers of an index dictionary during search

Currently, only the top tier of an index dictionary is used during search. This is fine for a completely closed index (in which all tiers have been merged), but for an index of an active crawl could mean in the worst case that only the first half of what's been crawled can appear in search results. Using all tiers will make search results of ongoing web crawls more timely.
